Law on Protection of Personal Data Clarification Text

Processed data and purpose

Data related to identity, communication and transfer request are processed for the purposes of establishing the reservation, performing the service, welcoming the guests, informing the fee and fulfilling legal obligations.

The legal reason is the legitimate interest of the data controller with the establishment or performance of a contract. The checkbox on the form indicates that you have read the clarification text.

Transfer and storage

The claim falls on the business'semail inbox and the claim record on the server. In order to perform the service, the driver and the operations team are informed, limited only to the information necessary to complete the work.

Records are kept for the duration of possible disputes and statutory statute of limitations; they are deleted or anonymized when the period expires.

Your Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection under Article 11 of the Law by contacting info@baskanvip.com. The response will be provided within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the response. You can also apply to the Personal Data Protection Board for a complaint.
