Cancellation and Refund Terms

For confirmed reservations, the full amount collected will be refunded for cancellations notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

How to cancel

Cancellation notification can be made from +90 532 643 44 46 phone, WhatsApp line or info@baskanvip.com address. The time reached by the notification is taken as basis.

Less than 12 hours left

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup time may not be refunded as the driver and vehicle planning has started. Cancellation or delay of the flight does not automatically extend this period; however, the operation team tries to move it to the new time free of charge according to availability.

Flight delay

The landing time is monitored in welcome transfers where the flight code is shared. In case of delay caused by the airline, no additional waiting fee is charged and the driver waits at the terminal according to the new arrival time.

Refund Method

The amounts collected in advance shall be refunded to the channel where the payment is made within 7 working days following the notification.
